What we collect

Your Telegram user ID, first name and username, plus the business data you enter yourself: business profile, customers, products, invoices and bookkeeping entries. We never ask for and never store your Telegram phone number or contacts.

Why we collect it

Solely to generate your invoices and reports and to keep your data available between sessions. Files you upload (logo, product photos, QR images) are stored only to render your documents.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your business data to train models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Telegram Stars or public blockchains. We store only the transaction reference needed to activate your subscription. We never see or store card numbers.

Data retention and deletion

Generated files are removed automatically after a retention window. You can export a full backup at any time from the Backup menu, and you can request complete deletion of your account and data by messaging the bot.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts are the only external resource loaded.
