The service

Invoicle is a Telegram bot that generates invoices and provides lightweight bookkeeping tools for small businesses.

Not professional advice

Invoicle is a calculation and formatting tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with the invoicing rules of any country. You enter your own tax rates and are responsible for their accuracy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for using the service lawfully. Do not use Invoicle for fraudulent invoices or any illegal activity.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes 20 invoices per calendar month. The paid plan removes that limit and removes Invoicle branding from your documents. Prices may change, but never for an already-paid period.

Refunds

If the service does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the current period.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own backups using the built-in backup feature.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
